A Few Things to Note

• Corrections — If a label has changed, a product has been discontinued, or we’ve got something wrong, please tell us and we’ll check it and update the guide.
• Questions about a guide — If your situation isn’t covered (a different tub, a strange reading, a symptom that won’t shift), let us know. It’s how we decide what to write next.
• Health questions — We’re not medically qualified. Skin rashes, infections, pregnancy or any other health concern about using a hot tub is one for your GP or NHS 111 .
• Electrical faults — Tripping sockets, damaged cables or anything hard-wired needs a qualified electrician, not a blog.
• Warranty and repairs — For a fault under warranty, contact the tub’s maker or the retailer you bought it from first.
